My Mouth Works delivers orthodontic and oral therapy support to patients outside the clinic, where progress has traditionally been hard for both patients and clinical staff to track between visits. Enorness built a secure mobile healthcare app that turns a therapy plan into a structured, trackable program patients can follow at home.

Orthodontic patients lacked structured home therapy systems. Between appointments, patients were largely on their own, following instructions from memory or a printed sheet with no way to confirm they were doing the exercises correctly or consistently. 

Clinical staff struggled to monitor recovery progress remotely. Without a shared system, the first real signal of whether therapy was working came at the next in-person visit, which meant problems could go unnoticed for however long the gap between appointments ran.

A weekly progress view tracks completion over time, giving patients a visual answer to how they're doing instead of a vague sense of whether they're keeping up, paired with a rewards mechanism to reinforce consistency. 

A social layer for accountability 

Built-in sharing lets patients post progress directly to Facebook, turning private compliance into something they can be recognized for, which matters for a therapy that depends on daily consistency rather than a single clinical event.
